Innovative Management

Catalyst Interactive’s project management methodology was originally based on the Prince II methodology, but has been tailored to suit large-scale online training development projects that include multiple deliverables and extended development timeframes. Catalyst Interactive has extensive experience with projects of this nature and has invested in purpose built software tools to facilitate and support crucial stages of the project lifecycle.
