Training delivery
As a wholly owned subsidiary of KBR, Catalyst Interactive accesses key training resources and capabilities within KBR.
KBR's core business is managing complex projects. KBR is also a Registered Training Organisation. We have combined our capabilities in project management and training and have devised a sophisticated suite of Project Management courses including:
- Certificate IV in Project Management
- Diploma of Project Management
- Advanced Diploma of Project Management
Each course applies the internationally recognised Project Management Institute's Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) approach and addresses the Australian Institute of Project Management competency standards. The knowledge areas include:
